My name is Nicolette K. Pruett. I help busy, stressed, tired mamas create efficient and sustainable self-care routines. I’m all about spreading joy, and I want mamas to know that it is okay to struggle, but that it’s also really important to respect who they are as an individual and take care of their bodies and their souls! The body and mind are so precious! It’s always a balancing act to raising tiny healthy humans and maintaining your own sense of self and wellness.
I have three kiddos myself. We homeschool. Some days are easier than others … that is such an understatement. Some days can feel like walking through fire, but overall, it’s been the adventure of my life. Some of the hardest days were when I had two little kids. My first two kiddos were only 16 months apart, and it was definitely challenging keeping a newborn and an active toddler alive some days. That stage of life really taught me how important routines and self-care were. It helps mama feel a bit better than barely alive. Now they are older and my biggest challenges are schooling two kiddos while entertaining the two year old. I’ve got it though! Bonus, my kids know that I value myself, my mind, and my body! Lack of self care for moms doesn’t just affect mama, it affects the whole family.
