As a mom of three kids under 10 years old, I have a hard time getting a good self-care routine going, and have tended to feel like everything and everyone comes before me. She’s helped me prioritize my needs, without the usual accompanying ‘mom guilt’. She is a fantastic guide, helping me isolate what kind of self-care I need and how I can work it in to my busy schedule.
